Job Description
Visa Direct is Visa’s global money movement platform, enabling fast, secure payments to billions of endpoints across more than 195 countries. As part of this team, you will help simplify complexity for clients and support programs that scale real-time payments globally.
The Visa Direct Marketing Manager will be a key member of the Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) Visa Direct Marketing team, leading high-impact initiatives that drive client adoption, usage, and growth of Visa Direct solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, go-to-market strategy, and marketing execution, offering exposure to some of Visa’s most strategic clients and programs. You will play a critical role in helping clients bring innovative money movement solutions to market—translating strategy into execution and driving measurable business outcomes.
In this role, you will contribute across a portfolio of client-facing marketing initiatives, with responsibilities evolving based on business needs and priorities. Core areas of focus may include:
- Client Marketing & Co-Creation: Support the development and execution of co-marketing programs with key clients and partners and help shape go-to-market approaches that drive adoption, activation, and sustained usage.
- Demand Generation & Campaign Support: Contribute to integrated marketing programs designed to accelerate pipeline and deal progression, supporting campaign execution, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Experiential & Event Activation: Support the planning and delivery of client-facing events, executive engagements, and industry moments, helping translate event engagement into measurable follow-up and pipeline impact.
- Insights & Performance: Analyze program and client performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both internal teams and clients.
You will work in a highly collaborative environment, partnering closely with Sales, UI/UX teams, Marketing Services, and the Global Customer Growth team. You will act as a connector across these teams to ensure that client programs are well designed, effectively executed, and optimized for performance.
This is a client-facing role that requires strong presence and confidence in ambiguous and fast-moving environments. You will:
- Engage directly with clients as a trusted marketing partner.
- Bring forward recommendations grounded in data, insight, and best practices.
- Navigate competing priorities while maintaining focus on program success.
- Advocate for approaches that drive long-term value—for both clients and Visa.
Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance client partnership with clear, confident advocacy for the Visa brand and Visa Direct product.
What you will do day to day:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, social, paid media, events, webinars) in collaboration with the product team, sales team, and agencies.
- Manage marketing events and webinars from concept to completion, ensuring strong follow-up and pipeline conversion.
- Track and monitor leads through the sales funnel, providing regular reports on conversion rates and pipeline contribution.
- Ensure leads are accurately captured in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and monitored through the sales funnel.
- Use data and AI tools to inform client marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with Sales and Account teams to accelerate pipeline through targeted marketing initiatives.
- Execute co-marketing programs and support go-to-market launches.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high-quality initiatives on time and on budget.
- Report on conversion rates and pipeline contribution, maintaining closed-loop reporting with Sales.
- Engage with clients to provide guidance on marketing best practices, helping shape programs for long-term success.
- Contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, frameworks, and best practices to support repeatable success across clients and programs.
- Ensure brand consistency across all campaigns and touchpoints.
Why this role is important:
This role plays a direct part in how Visa Direct shows up with clients—from initial engagement through program scale. By helping clients launch effectively and drive ongoing usage, you will contribute to pipeline acceleration, revenue growth, and stronger long-term partnerships.
