Join us as a Service Delivery Trainee (IEFP)
Euronext Securities Porto is increasing the level of automation and digitalisation of its services, particularly within the Centralised Securities Systems. We are seeking a Service Delivery Trainee to support the Central Securities Depository, focusing on issuance and corporate actions, and to contribute to the development and implementation of new, automated services.
Key Accountabilities:
- As a Service Delivery Trainee, you will acquire knowledge and build a professional network related to the registration and cancellation of securities issues and Corporate Actions, developing increasing autonomy through:
- Supporting the Central Securities Depository, particularly as an issuance and corporate actions technician-trainee.
- Assisting with the registration and cancellation of securities issues within Central Securities Systems.
- Supporting the management of corporate actions.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of more automated and digitalised services at the Central Securities Depository.
- Performing functional testing, including operational acceptance tests and client acceptance tests.
- Preparing documentation related to operational procedures.
- Providing support to issuers and financial intermediaries.
- Supporting other operational business areas as required.
- Learning market practices and the specificities of Euronext CSDs, while interacting with local business experts.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- Knowledge of capital markets and applicable legislation.
- Proficiency in English (oral and written).
- Familiarity with PCs and standard office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Responsible, accurate and detail oriented.
- Efficient, with excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player, task oriented and customer focused.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, or related field.
- Eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship.
