Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Support of Transformation Intern to join the Technology & Operations team. The position will be based in Paris.
You will primarily be responsible for:
Assisting in the collection and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) from various IT teams
Helping maintain the KPI framework, ensuring its accuracy and relevancy
Supporting the analysis of KPIs to identify areas of focus and improvement
Contributing to the preparation of reports and presentations based on KPI findings for IT management and group stakeholders
Aiding in the development and dissemination of communications within IT teams, ensuring quality and consistency of external communications
Helping organise and coordinate weekly workshops with IT management, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions
Providing administrative and project support to the PMO Lead
Assisting in various transformation initiatives as directed by the PMO Lead
Your profile:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field
Strong interest in project management and IT within the financial sector
Basic understanding of data analysis and KPIs
Good organisational and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools is advantageous
Fluency in French and English is required; proficiency in Italian or Portuguese is a plus
