As a Systems Administrator Trainee you will play a key role in supporting the team’s daily operations and process improvements. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a leading European technology environment, develop your skills in documentation and incident analysis, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our internal systems.
Key Accountabilities
You will be primarily responsible for:
- Analyzing incidents and documenting root causes
- Reviewing and updating Confluence team documentation
- Reviewing and updating Confluence team processes
- Reviewing and updating configuration management database (CMDB) information
- Reviewing Jira incidents and problems
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s or Master´s Degree in IT or related fields.
- Strong documentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Team player with a collaborative attitude
- Eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship.
