Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a C++ Software Developer to join the GIS-LPMON team. The position will be based in Paris. You will report to the GIS-LPMON Delivery Manager.
You will primarily be responsible for:
Designing, developing and maintaining high-performance, low-latency C++ applications for liquidity provider monitoring
Improving the overall design, scalability and operability of the LP Monitoring application
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business initiatives
Diagnosing and resolving software problems efficiently
Contributing to the architecture of next generation applications
Participating in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, coding, unit testing and deployment
Ensuring code quality through best practices, code reviews and use of modern development tools
Your profile:
Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) skills
Proficient in C++ (preferably C++17) and experienced with STL libraries
Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures and design patterns
Experience with the full software development lifecycle
Familiarity with Linux (RedHat) environments
Experience with Git, CMake and message processing
Knowledge of Redshift Database and Python is an asset
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose issues quickly
Effective communicator and able to collaborate with teams outside of development
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
