- Experience in partnerships, business development or financial services (8+ years)
This gives you the context to understand stakeholders and identify growth opportunities. - Strong analytical and reporting capability

You’ll manage initiatives across different teams, so structure and alignment are key. - Commercial understanding of banking and insurance

Your mission
Support the growth and performance of NN Spain’s strategic partnerships by driving business development, improving value propositions and enabling better decision‑making through data and collaboration.Key responsibilities
- Drive business development initiatives across Bancassurance and Assurbanking channels.
- Collaborate with Product Development and partners to design and enhance customer propositions.
- Monitor and report performance, providing insights at local and Head Office level.
- Ensure service quality through SLA tracking and partner performance reviews.
- Support the Sales Force in the commercialization of partner products.
