Your role
Do you want to proactively go the extra mile with us to help clients? Are you focused on the details, even when under pressure?We’re looking for a client account manager to:
• support client advisors in delivering exceptional client service and experience
• be point-of-entry contact for clients with account queries or transaction orders, payments, etc.
• assist with account opening, onboarding, due diligence and monitoring activities
• collaborate with colleagues to ensure that all client accounts comply with legal, compliance and regulatory requirements

You’ll be working in Market team in Taiwan location. As client advisor assistant you'll play an important role in our delivery of bespoke client services.Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.
Your expertise
• financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team at least 3-5 years• unyielding attention to detail, even when under pressure
• team player that remains calm while managing conflicting priorities
• works with absolute discretion, tactfulness and adaptability to changing demands
• fluent in Mandarin and English to support local client base
• Banking licenses are required (e.g. Trust, derivatives etc.)
You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
