Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for financial analysis and risk management?We’re seeking a proactive and analytical (Director) to join our Investment Banking Risk Control team in Seoul. In this part-time role (50%), you will act as the UBS Securities, Seoul Branch CRO, which includes the following responsibilities:
• Chairing and preparing minutes for the local Risk Management Control Committee and attending monthly management meetings.
• Oversight and submission of regulatory reporting.
• Management of local liquidity risk management guidelines, involvement in the semi-annual liquidity stress test.
• Oversight of the monthly credit stress test.
• Internal/Regulatory inquiries related to Korea Risk in general.

• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.What You Bring:
• Educational Background: University [Master] degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related financial field.
• Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in risk management or a related regulatory field.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with financial markets, traded products, and financial accounting concepts.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent team player with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, business units, and senior management.
• Mandatory language Skills: Fluent in English and Korean (both verbal and written).
