Your role
Are you a people person? Do you enjoy hiring and onboarding new talents? We are looking for someone like you to:• partner with candidates, hiring managers, recruiters and provide quality experience during recruitment process
• organize and manage the interview scheduling process
• initiate onboarding
• keep track of all candidate data in the recruiting system and manage the ad-hoc queries
• complete validation and quality check of job adverts
• effectively manage general queries from team members, candidates and hiring managers
• support with logistics and execution for recruiting events, career fairs and group visits to our office
• partner with recruiting leads to create and manage our programs

You will be part of the HR Service Delivery team based in our São Paulo office, working in a hybrid model (3x2).You will collaborate with recruiters and HR colleagues across our global recruiting network. We are a client focused, solution oriented team, partnering closely with hiring managers to make recruiting efficient, effective, and business driven—delivering the right talent, at the right time, for the right roles.
Your expertise
• students of Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related courses with graduation by Dec/2027 or after• availability to work onsite in Sao Paulo's office 6 hours per day/30 hours per week
• ideally fluently Portuguese and English skills
• strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
• proactive, collaborative, and willing to learn.
• knowledge of data analysis, artificial intelligence or automation tools will be considered a plus.
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
