Your role
We’re hiring a senior professional to establish and lead the Digital Transformation Office for GWM LatAm. In this role, you will:• set up and lead a small team focused on strategic project execution across the region
• structure and track the delivery of cross-functional initiatives in partnership with senior leadership
• drive process improvement and promote best practices across business and support areas
• coordinate regional priorities and ensure alignment with global transformation efforts
• use digital tools and data to enable smarter execution, planning, and decision-making

You'll be working under GWM LatAm Chief Administrative Office structure and serve as an active stakeholder across all areas within GWM LatAm, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.Your expertise
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or project leadership roles• proven track record of executing complex, cross-functional initiatives
• experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making
• strong problem-solving, project management, and prioritization skills
• familiarity with process redesign, digital tools, and data-driven planning
• ideally advanced English and Portuguese (writing and speaking)
• availability to work on-site in Sao Paulo
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
