Your role

• maintain accurate and current client records in management systems
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• input client information into financial planning and firm platforms
• support the preparation of reports, presentations, and materials for client meetings
• gather required documentation for new accounts and service requests
• identify service opportunities for clients
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• leverage communication channels to enhance relationships with clients
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

You’ll be working with a Private Wealth Management team in the New York City office. As a Senior Registered Client Associate you will play an important role in working with a professional and highly respected team.Your expertise
• series 7 and 66 licenses required for role• ideally 5+ years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor's degree preferred, focusing on Finance
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Salary information
The indicative gross base salary range as a full-time equivalent role:• United States - New York - New York min USD 55000 - max USD 85000 /annum
The expected salary for this role will be determined by relevant factors which may include but are not limited to, role-required experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level.
