Job Summary
Financial Performance
- Grow the overall Supply Chain Finance (SCF) portfolio and revenue under the Bank's Supply Chain Finance program.
- Drive SCF New-to-Bank (NTB) client growth per Anchor level
- Proactively monitor accounts with a view to minimize credit loss and manage the SCF Portfolio in the most profitable manner.
- Ensure collection and high conversion of leads from Anchor
Client Service
- Provide high-quality service to SCF clients and Anchors, to achieve set targets in service standards.
- Maintain high-quality correspondence and provide service/answer enquiries to clients
- Initiate on-time renewal of Supply Chain accounts.
Governance
- Ensure strict compliance with SME-related regulatory policies, group values, and local regulatory guidelines
- Ensuring proper documentation for products and account regularizations to keep error rates within acceptable levels.
- Effectively identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk, conduct, and compliance matters.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This
- includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience
- Good understanding of SCF and trade products
- Minimum Graduate from a reputed institution
- Strong Communication and inter-personal skills
- Creativity in terms of meeting client demands with existing products
- Good technical competencies in bank’s TP systems
