Workday HCM Specialist: Design & support workday solutions across multiple PL locations.

The expected salary for this position: 9 600 - 16 000 PLN
The financial ranges specified in the announcement are adjusted and may differ from the range specified in the remuneration regulations.

- have strong verbal and written communication s k ills to interact with HR and IT clients,
- have full professional fluency in English (written and spo k en).
You'll get extra points for:
- Wor k day Service Partner Certification or Customer certification (preferable in HCM),
- you have experience in participating in Wor k day delivery & support with a focus on Wor k day HCM,
- experience in optimising Wor k day HCM processes,
- Wor k day Reporting experience,
- HR functional experience,
- cross Functional K nowledge with other modules of Wor k day.
Your responsibilities:
- develop s k ills to become a subject matter expert in Wor k day HCM and to be involved in design and modification efforts for continual system alignment with business objectives,
- perform Wor k day administrative functions relating to Wor k day HCM,
- manage the Production and establish a well-controlled systems environment,
- provide end-user support, change management and issue resolution.

As a Workday Engineer within the HCM Squad , you play a key role in designing, building, and continuously enhancing HR technology solutions that support the employee lifecycle and drive business value. Within ING’s Digital Product Operating Model (DPOM) , you will work in a cross-functional squad, collaborating closely with Employee Journey Experts, Product Managers, Architects, and fellow Engineers to deliver reliable, scalable, and user-centric Workday solutions.
This is a technology-focused role that combines Workday expertise, problem-solving, and product development. You will act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation—translating employee and business needs into effective Workday configurations, integrations, and enhancements. By leveraging your technical skills and understanding of HR processes, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of digital HR products that create meaningful experiences for employees and managers.
