Head of Advisory Relationships – Sandringham Financial Partners
Sandringham is a multi-award winning financial advice national/network. This opportunity is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and strengthening advisory relationships across Sandringham’s network of ~130 advisers. The role drives growth through strategic partnership management, supports delivery of the M&G Advice strategy, and ensures a consistent, high-quality adviser experience.
This role is pivotal in both building trust and adviser engagement as well as translating and delivering M&G Adviser strategy and proposition into commercial execution, maximising business development opportunities and long‑term business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Delivery
Define and deliver the Sandringham advisory relationship engagement strategy aligned to M&G Advice priorities
Translate strategy into actionable plans, ensuring disciplined execution
Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with advisers, gauging needs and developing proposals to address these needs
Act as escalation point for complex relationship issues
Strengthen adviser engagement and expand footprint across platform, investment and tax solutions
Own the development and delivery of the adviser engagement plan including Adviser events & communications
Commercial Performance
Drive inflows and net flow growth through targeted adviser engagement
Identifying new business opportunities, including new markets, new clients, new partnerships or new products and services and creating strategies to successfully reach new opportunities
Support campaigns, events and local initiatives
Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner with M&G Advice, Platform, MPS and wider UKI teams to ensure alignment
Influence stakeholders through insight, analysis and high-quality recommendations
Represent Sandringham at industry events and forums
Performance & Insight
Monitor relationship performance and identify improvement opportunities
Leverage MI and adviser insights to inform strategy and decision‑making
Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver high‑quality reporting
Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, the competition in the industry and positioning
Governance & Continuous Improvement
Ensure adherence to regulatory and governance standards
Drive improvements in processes, tools and ways of working
Stay up to date with emerging industry trends and regulatory changes
Key Skills & Experience
Core Capabilities
Strong relationship leadership and stakeholder management at senior level
Strategic thinking with the ability to deliver commercially
Data‑driven decision making and insight generation
Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
Experience & Knowledge
Deep understanding of the UK financial advice market (platforms, MPS, investments, tax wrappers)
Proven track record in a fast‑paced, sales‑led environment
Strong knowledge of adviser operating models and back‑office mechanics
Experience driving lead generation, conversion and revenue growth
Understanding of governance and regulatory frameworks

Qualifications (Desirable)
