Position Overview

Job Title: Administrative Assistant - Investment Banking and Capital Markets

Location: New York, NY

Overview

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Investment Banking and Capital Markets business. This role will support the Group Head and other Managing Directors while sustaining a strong collaboration with coverage partners across all the regional offices. To be successful in this role, you must be highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of proactively taking initiative. This role will be onsite 5 days a week.

What You’ll Do

Coordinating international/domestic travel and hotel arrangements, including creation of extensive trip itineraries and expense reimbursement requests; coordinating arrangements for meetings, including scheduling, reserving conference rooms and catering; preparing and processing travel and entertainment expenses promptly and accurately; organizing client & team events; process and track invoices for payment and follow up as appropriate

Assisting in onboarding & offboarding process including desk coordination, floor access, ID creation, etc

Providing support to the Group Head and Business Manager with group presentations via PowerPoint and Excel; liaising with high-profile individuals daily; providing timely and accurate follow-up to projects assigned

Arranging coverage when away from desk or office

Developing a thorough understanding of the IBCM policies & guidelines

It is the Bank’s expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York, NY office in accordance with the Bank’s hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $60K to $95K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
