We are looking for a resource to join and support our Subcontracting Operations team.
The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the day‑to‑day operations associated with external workforce and professional services subcontracting, ensuring compliance with internal processes and providing operational support to both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
This position requires a detail‑oriented and proactive professional who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating across different teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end‑to‑end subcontracting process, including onboarding, contract extensions, and offboarding activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of operational issues.
- Monitor and maintain data accuracy across internal tools and systems.
- Follow established procedures and compliance requirements related to subcontractor management.
- Prepare reports and perform data analysis to support operational decision‑making.
- Track requests and ensure that activities are completed within the agreed timelines.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and data quality.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers and external suppliers.
Requisitos adicionales
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Procurement, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative, operational, procurement, or supplier management roles.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Technical Skills
Microsoft Office tools. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including:
- Pivot Tables
- VLOOKUP functions
- Data analysis and reporting
- Experience with macros or process automation is considered an advantage.
Languages
Native or fluent Spanish and Portuguese.
Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
