The Corporate Banking Division supports some of the most dynamic companies in the market, providing tailored financing solutions, strategic advisory and a full range of banking products. As a Regional Manager Corporate , you will lead ta team of more than 30 people, across 5 counties , driving growth, strengthening client relationships and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a strong risk culture.
What you'll be doing
Lead and deliver the regional Corporate Banking business strategy and financial objectives.
Develop and grow a portfolio of corporate clients while identifying new business opportunities.
Drive client acquisition, portfolio expansion and cross-selling initiatives across the bank’s product suite.
Support the structuring, negotiation and approval of complex financing solutions.
Partner with Relationship Managers and Branch Directors to maximize customer satisfaction and business performance.
Monitor regional market trends, competitive landscape and client needs to identify growth opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, stakeholders and business communities.
Coach, motivate and develop teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Ensure sound risk management, credit quality and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
Represent the bank externally, enhancing the bank’s reputation and visibility in the regional business environment.
What you'll need to succeed
University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Corporate Banking or a similar client-facing financial services environment.
Proven managerial experience, with the ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
Strong expertise in corporate lending, financial analysis and credit structuring.
Excellent commercial acumen and a successful track record in relationship management and business development.
Advanced negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Sound understanding of risk management, regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Strong analytical thinking and decision‑making capabilities.
Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken.
High level of resilience, accountability and customer focus.
