This role is eligible for a discretionary variable compensation award that considers business and individual performance.

Our Finance team, called COO Finance, supports Transformation, Enablement and Customer Experience, which includes several innovative and customer focused business units such as DSIP (Digital Strategy, Innovation and Payments), SCOE (Strategy, Change and Operational Excellence), AI2 (Analytics, Insights & Artificial Intelligence), Marketing, and Enterprise Real Estate. The COO Finance team is comprised of energetic individuals committed to creating a high-quality finance support function delivering valuable insights and analysis.

The Finance Business Partner teams deliver strategic advice to partners within the Bank, provide effective controls, build plans and forecasts and financial reporting. The DSIP Finance team mandate includes:
