Lead process design, automation, and stakeholder workshops for RBC’s payroll transformation.

What will you do?

What do you need to succeed?

Must-have   Proficient in business process design and requirement gathering methodology and tools. Experience in payroll related conversion or transformation programs Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication and presentation skills Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive opportunities for improvement as well as telling a story Proficient in process modeling tools (eg. Visio) and project documentation tools Adaptable to shifting priorities and constraints. Ability to manage scope creep, propose workarounds, and balance stakeholder demands. Nice-to-have  Experience in business change management, with a focus on innovative tool or techniques and digital adoption Familiarity with HR processes, tools and payroll related employment regulations and filings. Certification in Lean Six Sigma or Agile
