We are seeking a talented individual to join our Billing Team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office.
This position will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing activities while supporting the Fiduciary Operations team in delivering quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
Operations Specialist
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Billing Team at Marsh. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office.
This position will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing activities while supporting the Fiduciary Operations team in delivering quality service to internal and external stakeholders.
We will count on you:
- Process insurance billing transactions accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Prepare and issue invoices, capture accruals, and support day‑to‑day billing activities.
- Review billing information to ensure accuracy and completeness before processing.
- Resolve basic billing discrepancies by working closely with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and support stakeholders across Malaysia, Singapore, or Hong Kong, depending on business requirements.
- Contribute to the achievement of team KPIs and continuous process improvements.
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Insurance, or a related discipline.
- Around 1–2 years of working experience in billing, finance operations, accounts receivable, insurance operations, or other relevant processing roles. Fresh graduates with an Insurance‑related qualification may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of insurance products and billing processes is an advantage.
- Good attention to detail with the ability to process transactions accurately.
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines, especially during month‑end periods.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
- Exposure to general insurance (non‑life) products.
- Experience processing invoices or supporting billing operations in a shared services or operations environment.
- Familiarity with working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
- Willingness to support different regional teams and follow the business calendar of the assigned market
