Writing clear and effective communications to a variety of stakeholders

Thinking ahead and taking initiative without requiring prompting

Staying flexible and shifting gears quickly as priorities change

Collaborating with others across functions

Embracing technology and adapting to new ways of working

Acting upon feedback to continue your own development

Maintaining utmost integrity around confidentiality and adherence to policies

What You'll Bring

BA/BS degree required with 3+ years related work experience (e.g., HR, talent, staffing, operations)

Experience with Workday and/or performance management highly preferred

Prior experience at BCG or another professional services firm highly preferred

Experience in a People-related role highly preferred

Who You'll Work With

You’ll team closely with the People team leaders of Platinion, including the Business Management Senior Director, People Team Sr. Manager, and the Talent Team as well as a cadre of senior Consulting Team staff who serve as Career Development Advisors and are among BCG’s most dedicated people developers. You’ll also be part of a broader network of Career Development peers across North America, with whom you’ll share learnings and best practices.
