We welcome students from all backgrounds and disciplines. The Emeralds Program is designed to help you understand our work and explore your career options with BCG.
What to Expect

Most events are held in-person and scheduled on either Fridays or Saturdays throughout September and October 20256 Detailed information about each event will be provided to shortlisted fellows on the first day of the program.

Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for the program, you must be a final-year undergraduate student graduating by 2026.
