What You’ll Do

BCG's 2030 strategy is built on building the most AI‑fluent workforce in the world — and the quality of the learning experiences that get people there is what makes that ambition real. Join us to pioneer AI‑powered learning experiences that scale, personalise, and transform how our people grow. As Learning Experience Design Senior Manager, you will be part of a rapid response team, working at the execution layer where strategy becomes tangible learning. You will translate strategic direction into concrete, high‑quality learning experiences that reflect both the latest in learning science and the possibilities of AI — bringing BCG‑specific context, instructional rigor, and hands‑on design craft to every solution.

Your day‑to‑day spans the full design cycle. You will design and deliver firm‑wide learning campaigns — integrating learning in the flow of work, agentic experiences, digital learning, and live events into coherent, measurable journeys. You will apply AI tools and techniques to develop innovative learning solutions, automate design workflows, and prototype intelligent agents that personalise and scale our learning offerings. You will bring learning and development best practices into everything you build — ensuring solutions are not just technically capable but grounded in how people learn and change behaviour. You will collaborate closely with engineers, product teams, data analysts, learning architects, and fellow learning designers to test hypotheses, uncover insights, and co‑develop solutions that drive measurable learning and business outcomes in a fast‑moving environment.

That includes but is not limited to digital and agentic experiences, assessment design, live learning events, performance support

Curate and contextualise external learning assets while helping build BCG‑specific capabilities

Prototype ideas and conduct proof‑of‑concepts quickly to continuously refine based on feedback from stakeholders and end‑users
