AS A WORKDAY ABSENCE ANALYST / SENIOR ANALYST
You’ll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you’ll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.
In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:
- Participate in design and discovery workshops alongside experienced colleagues, helping to capture absence and time tracking requirements and decisions
- Configure Workday absence and time tracking functionality under the guidance of your team lead
- Build, test and document your configuration and carry out unit testing
- Help investigate and resolve defects during testing cycles
- Contribute to the team's solution and grow your absence and time tracking expertise by learning from senior colleagues
REQUISITOS ADICIONALES
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
- Early-career / Intermediate professional experience, ideally with some exposure to Workday or another HR system
- A keen willingness to learn and to build your Workday absence and time tracking configuration skills
- An analytical mindset and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate clearly
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Spanish (minimum B1)
