【職務内容/ Job Description】
Plan and Manage test projectsPlan test activities participating in the IT project initiative/planning activities.Create the master test plans and manage test projects to properly support the IT projects.
Define Test Strategy & Planning Develop and review comprehensive test strategies and master test plans (MTP) for complex systems.
Test Design and ensure Test Coverage Lead the creation of detailed manual test cases from requirements, ensuring coverage through Requirement traceability matrix.
Test Execution & Reporting Lead & Perform test execution, Prepare and present Test reports & Dashboards to project stakeholders. Escalate risks or issues to higher management.
【求めるスキル・経験/ Required Skills and Experiences 】
7+ years of software development or testing experience.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience.
Proficiency in Japanese/English Language (Business Level)
Understand SDLC such as Agile and Waterfall (ISTQB Foundation/Agile Certification)

【賃金】現年収、能力、経験に応じて当社規定により優遇【勤務時間】9:00～17:00（休憩12:00～13:00）フレックスタイムあり
【勤務地/ Work Location】
（雇入れ直後）白金本社（変更の範囲）会社の定める就業場所へ異動を命じることがある。
