🚀 About the Role
As part of our growth, Allianz Services Morocco is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes in a dynamic and international environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle (from needs analysis to offer stage)
- Create and publish engaging job ads across various channels
- Proactively source candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, direct approach, etc.)
- Conduct HR interviews and ensure high-quality candidate assessment
- Partner closely with hiring managers, partners and clients to understand their needs
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies
- Track recruitment KPIs and suggest continuous improvements
- Ensure successful onboarding and offboarding cycles
✅ Profile
- Master’s degree (HR, Business School or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / pure recruitment
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong expertise in sourcing and candidate assessment
- Ability to manage multiple recruitments simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal skills and results-driven mindset
