What Can You Expect?
We are looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to help build, operate, and improve the internal platform services that our teams rely on every day. You will work on the foundation layer: the tooling, automation, and infrastructure that make it easier for others to deliver their own products safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on engineering role. You will spend most of your time designing and automating backend processes, improving reliability, and removing manual work from the way the platform is run.

As a Senior Platform Engineer you will have the opportunity to:
- Design, build, and maintain platform services and the automation around them
- Develop backend automations that replace manual, repetitive operational tasks
- Improve deployment, provisioning, and configuration processes so they are repeatable and self‑service
- Monitor platform health and contribute to reliability, performance, and cost improvements
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand their needs and translate them into platform capabilities
- Document what you build so others can use and extend it
- Work alongside experts in various technological domains.
- Enhance your skills with real‑world experience
- Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity
What Makes You a great Fit?
Solid engineering fundamentals: you can reason about systems, not just configure tools
Practical experience automating backend processes end to end, from design to production
Comfort working in cloud environments and with infrastructure managed as code
Ability to write clean, maintainable scripts and services in at least one general‑purpose language
A pragmatic mindset: you prefer simple, robust solutions over clever ones
Clear communication and the ability to work across teams
Fluent English and Spanish
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting internal platforms used by multiple teams
- Exposure to data-intensive or regulated environments
- Experience improving developer or user self-service experiences
