Executive Assistant
The opportunity
Our administrative team helps in agenda coordination, event management, data requirements and other miscellaneous administrative tasks. You will work with the most recognizable and influential players on the IT/financial markets within the challenging projects.
Your key responsibilities
- Help in daily internal and client tasks
- Support to optimise the administration of the portfolio management
- Organization of workshops
Skills and attributes for success
- Good organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High standard of integrity and confi dentiality.
- Microsoft skills.
- Capacity to learn fast.
To qualify for the role, you must have
- Vocational training // Administrative.
- Fluent in English.
Ideally, you’ll also have
- Experience in international environments.
