About the job
Within this team and reporting to the Team Leader of Digital Marketing Solutions team, the Digital Marketing Assistant will oversee the creation, maintenance and modification of existing websites content and design through CMS, back offices and Digital Marketing tools
The candidate will work directly with the Project sponsors, providing with the expertise to support the team on their operational duties, and implementing the right project framework around them. This involves working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams as well as with IT experts for the enhancement of tools. This person will also promote and directly contribute to data reporting automation for a greater level of business intelligence derived from the usage of our various digital marketing tools, through the implementation of data visualization dashboards and ad-hoc data analyses
Your Main Activities Are
- Creation, maintenance and modification of existing websites & intranet pages (Sharepoint)
- Creation pages using HTML5, CSSS3 and JavaScript
- Maintenance of content and design through CMS, back offices and Digital Marketing tools,
- Bug report / problem identification and solving and web-admin
- Frame existing web projects, adapt to existing sprint organization with operational teams,
- Working with Digital Marketing teams and the Digital Marketing Technologists to understand the stack, the various usages and interactions with other systems/teams (CRM, e-Platforms, Data systems)
- Working with the Product Managers to understand the business strategy and the needs
- Ensure daily tasks can be monitored and maintained within the project framework, organize documentation
- Frequent liaising with the business and IT teams to ensure correct translation of needs
- Take in charge directly a new website project with Marketing teams
- Manage workflow and orchestrate the technical roadmap with relevant partner teams for implementation –review with the tool specialist, product manager, help determining the road-map and coordinate deliveries
- Prepare relevant documentation and make impactful presentations of the solutions
- Automate business dashboards as prototypes and prepare them to be placed in production, working closely with the team´s data analysts
- Creation of brand new Power BI dashboards to measure the effectiveness of our Digital Marketing tools (including mailing campaigns and surveys)
- Contribute to the development and governance of our data and support the different business lines with data-driven decision-making
- Meet different stakeholders to frame their data needs, based on your findings collect the necessary data, process the data, and turn it into meaningful tools meeting the requirements expressed by the teams
- Participate and interact with inter-disciplinary teams (IT, Business, Operations) and contribute to the improvement and streamlining of data systems within the company to drive innovation
Profile and Skills to Success
- Academic background in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Management, Business Intelligence, Business, Economics, Mathematics – desirable
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory
- Highly proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint - mandatory
- Knowledge of advanced data visualization tools, i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics - desirable
- Ability to quickly comprehend new software tools and learn how to use them optimally
- Strong appetite for Digital Marketing technologies
- Solid analytical and logical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills
- Appetite for, or previous experience in financial services or Digital Agencies would be appreciated

The Digital Marketing & Solutions team provides Digital Solutions to Global Markets Marketing teams worldwide, working across six international platforms in Europe, Asia and the US for Capital Markets activities
The Digital Marketing & Solutions team is in charge of on-boarding, developing & supporting transversal innovative Digital Marketing tools to help Global Markets Marketing Communication & Events teams support the sales efforts, feeding and tracking all Digital Marketing channels (websites, mobile applications, emailing tools, among others), in order to provide BNP Paribas' clients with the most leading-edge services
