What Makes You A Perfect Fit?
- Bachelor’s degree from a relevant department of a reputable university.
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in different functions such as sales, marketing, strategy, business development, partnerships, and/or management consulting.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- French language knowledge is an asset.
- Experience in partnership management, channel management, account management, project leadership, or strategic planning is preferred.
- Knowledge about insurance sector and/or electronics goods/retail sector is a plus.
- Experience in working with senior stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong customer orientation with the ability to anticipate future customer and partner expectations.
- Strong business acumen and ability to understand market conditions, competitive dynamics, and business performance drivers.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

At BNP Paribas Cardif You Will:
- Take an active role in the implementation of partnership channel initiatives and management of existing partnerships.
- Conduct and coordinate analysis related to new business opportunities, growth areas, alternative scenarios, new distribution channels, new products, new customers, and new markets.
- Manage and coordinate projects that are necessary for the efficient and sustainable growth of the Partnership Channel.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to develop medium- and long-term channel business plans, to assess alternative business scenarios, and to lead strategic projects when required.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Actuarial, Marketing, Process Management, Strategy and Business Development, and other relevant teams during product development, pricing, marketing, and sales process development activities.
- Prepare all necessary information, documents, reports, and presentations required for communication between the channel and the head office.
- Follow changes in laws and regulations, assess their potential impact on business partnerships, and contribute to the development of new strategies and action plans accordingly.
