The Budget Monitoring Coordinator is in charge of the budget and costs coverage, reporting and management of the costs efficiency and definition of the budget planningYour Main Activities Are
Monitor of invoicing process for a dedicated scope within the IT Payment Services (ITPS) department
Control the consistency of actuals for the project portfolio in relationship with the managers
Drive the budget monthly review
Formalize the synthesis of budget highlights and key points
Collect, control and update resource plans with domain managers
Collect, control and update reference documentation for notified budget and reforecasts
Organize the budget communication with digital supports for a dedicated scope within the ITPS department
Actively participate to the governance with transformation office team
Manage alerts and budget issuesProfile and Skills to Success
Bachelor Degree Economics, Finance and/or Accounting
Up to 2 years of professional experience in Information Technology and/or Client Management
Knowledge of application Portfolio Management (CA Clarity)
Fluent in English, spoken and written
Rigor and attention to detail

Analytical ability
