Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President,Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join our NAV Workflow and Control team within Fund and Investor Solutions platform. This role is located in Pune.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Lead the end-to-end fund accounting reconciliation function across multiple client relationships, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of reconciliations that support NAV accuracy and overall client confidence
- Own service delivery performance across the function, with accountability for quality, timeliness, escalation management, and operational effectiveness.
- Provide leadership over the reconciliation control environment, ensuring robust processes are in place to identify, investigate, escalation management, and resolve material breaks, aged items, and accounting exceptions.
- Lead, coach, and develop managers and teams, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
- Champion the use of data, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities to improve reconciliation efficiency, exception management, break analysis, control testing, and operational decision-making.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives that reduce manual effort, improve transparency, strengthen controls, and enhance the client and employee experience.
- Monitor key performance indicators, operational metrics, and control outcomes to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; MBA preferred
- 10-12 years of total work experience with at least 3-5 years of management experience preferred
- Experience in fund accounting reconciliations is preferred
