What You'll Do
S hape the digital transformation of globally leading companies by planning, launching , and successfully executing wide- r anging IT projects with clients
Throughout your strategic IT implementation programs , manage internal and external teams and combine pertinent industry and IT know-how with agile project management methods like SAFe to ensure smooth implementation of digital transformation processes
During the design, assessment , and optimization of IT architectures , be responsible for coordinating teams, organizing and leading discussions with top client management, and providing key impetus with a view toward current market developments and trends
What You'll Bring
D egree in computer science, (business) informatics , or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades
A t least nine years of relevant experience in IT consulting and the realization of operative and strategic transformati on and implementation projects
E xperienced project team leade r— including on the client side
Efficient resource planning and motivational employee lead ership
F amiliar with all the stages of development for successful IT organizations and IT processes
Knowledge of how to plan IT initiatives and build solid business cases
G ood at understanding and communicating complex to pics in both Italian and English

Compensation Information
Total compensation for this role includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, and a market-leading benefits package described below. The base salary range for this role is EUR 84.000,00 - EUR 90.000,00 .
This is an estimated range. Any final offer would be based on objective, role-related criteria such as your relevant experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills. Employees may also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
