Job Description
Responsibilities:
Distribution Communications & Content
- Develop compelling content for management speeches, distribution communications, email campaigns, and agency bulletins.
- Create engaging social media content for platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, and WeChat to showcase agency achievements and increase the visibility of the agency channel through industry awards and recognition.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and distribution channels to support communication initiatives.
Campaign Management
- Coordinate special initiatives, including concert ticketing and other engagement activities for the distribution channel.
- Manage recognition projects, including newspaper advertisements, and recognition letters to clients.
- Organize seasonal recognition premium to celebrate outstanding agency performance.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Support the execution of agency events, providing on-site coordination when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, campaign/event management, employee culture and engagement, etc. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Officer position.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A positive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Cantonese is essential.
