Job Description
Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles across multiple levels, ensuring timely and high-quality placements within budget.
- Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines through industry mapping, direct sourcing, and innovative channels to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, advise on market trends, and align recruitment strategies with workforce planning.
- Candidate Management & Experience: Provide a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Vendor & Relationship Management: Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external vendors, monitor their performance, and ensure alignment with recruitment standards.
- Employer Branding & D&I Promotion: Support initiatives to strengthen AXA’s employer branding and promote diversity and inclusion.
- Administrative & System Support: Oversee accurate data entry in HRIS systems and logsheet, assist with recruitment-related administrative tasks, and support hiring and budget tracking
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements, participate in HR projects, and support audit activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant talent acquisition experience, in-house or through recruitment agency, preferably within a multinational environment.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various roles and levels.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with industry mapping, direct sourcing, and social media channels.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, data analysis, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Proactive mindset with a collaborative attitude and a focus on delivering quality results.
