Human Resources Intern (part-time or full-time)
Location: Hong Kong, HK
Job Accountabilities
- Help identify routine tasks that can be automated and support the creation of workflow automations (e.g. using Power Automate) to streamline HR operations and reporting
- Support the design of report and process automations, including employee data collection, data mapping, data cleaning, validation and enrichment (e.g. de-duplication, missing-value handling, standardization)
- Support the development and maintenance of the HR webpage and portal
- Assist in preparing clear and creative staff communications (written and visual) in an accurate and timely manner
- Draft and collate basic HR policy documents under guidance from the team
- Support the coordination of staff engagement activities, including employee wellbeing initiatives.
- Provide day-to-day support to HR operations and HR projects as needed
Job Qualifications
- University students with interest in exploring human resources function
- Good communication skills with high proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Cantonese is required
- Good proficiency in MS Office products; knowledge of AI frameworks / Data Analysis / Modelling is an advantage
- Proactive problem-solver with eagerness to learn about HR practices
- Fast learners who are curious about new technologies and enjoy building networks, familiarity with LinkedIn, MS Viva Engage and other platforms is an advantage
- Creative thinker with the ability to propose “out of the box” solutions
- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality and integrity
- Part-time (at least 2 full days per week) and full-time internship will be considered. Interested candidates please indicate your availability in the CV
