Job Summary

As a Relationship Manager for Global Subsidiaries at Standard Chartered Tanzania, you will play a pivotal role in forging and nurturing strong partnerships with multinational corporate clients. This role requires you to apply extensive industry expertise and a profound understanding of complex financial landscapes to craft bespoke solutions that meet clients' strategic ambitions and financial needs.

You will operate at the nexus of client engagement and internal collaboration, partnering with Global Account Managers (GAM), Regional Account Managers (RAM), and product specialists to deliver integrated financial products and services. Your strategic vigilance will enable you to identify and cultivate new business avenues while managing risks prudently to uphold the Bank's regulatory and ethical standards.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional commercial insight, resilience in high-pressure environments, and an aptitude for guiding clients through evolving market challenges, supporting both their growth and Standard Chartered’s vision of sustainable banking.

Skills and Experience

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree is essential, preferably in fields such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a closely related discipline, ensuring a robust foundation in financial theories and commercial principles.

Fluency in English is required for impactful communication with clients and internal stakeholders and compliance with Standard Chartered’s global operational standards. Mastery of additional regional languages will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
