About the team
You’ll join the team responsible for bringing the ING brand to life, from campaigns and partnerships to events and communication initiatives that connect with millions of Romanians. We’re a bunch of passionate marketers who genuinely love the ING brand and it shows in everything we do.
You’ll work alongside marketers, communication specialists, business teams and creative agencies, learning how ideas become projects and projects become real customer experiences.

Your day to day
- Helping prepare and implement marketing campaigns
- Supporting the development of creative and communication briefs
- Assisting with events, partnerships and brand activations
- Working with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Following project timelines and helping keep initiatives on track
- Researching trends, competitors and consumer insights
- Participating in brainstorming sessions and campaign reviews
- Supporting the team’s day-to-day activities and learning how marketing happens in real life
- Monitoring marketing initiatives and following up with stakeholders to help ensure projects are delivered on time
- Assisting the team with product launches by supporting marketing activities and project execution.
What you bring to the team
- Pursue or recently complete a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for marketing, branding, communication, and digital experiences
- Show curiosity, proactivity, and a strong willingness to learn
- Collaborate effectively with others and enjoy working across teams
- Pay attention to detail while maintaining a broader perspective
- Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools effectively in day-to-day tasks
- Bring positive energy, fresh ideas, initiative, and a hands‑on attitude
- Previous internship, volunteering, extracurricular or work experience is a plus—whether gained in an NGO, student organization, school project or corporate environment. We value curiosity, initiative and a willingness to learn just as much as experience.
