Job Profile
Purpose of Role
The Analyst – Testing & Issues Management Control reports to the Director – Testing & Issues Management Control and supports the Director in driving program development, planning, coordination, and reporting efforts globally, which includes Planning/Program Development, Global Coordination/Communication, Report/Document Production, Tool Maintenance and overall departmental operations.
Main Responsibilities
Tool Maintenance: Assist in user access requests and periodic access recertification for related department applications (e.g. SharePoint, databases) Planning/Program Development: Assist in the production and delivery of status reporting on the activities of the Global Financial Crimes Testing and Issues Management programs Global Coordination/Communication: Assist in the tracking of meeting actions, takeaways and distribution lists. Assist the programs with adherence to records management requirements.
Candidate Profile
Skills and knowledge
Demonstrated proficiency in the following applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables, macros), SharePoint Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Strong attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of the financial crimes compliance area is preferred.
Education & professional qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or above
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of business experience Experience working with diverse and remote teams
