Summary

Mapfre is seeking an experienced and business-oriented Data Product Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise data products that power analytics, operational decision‑making, AI initiatives, and customer‑centric business capabilities.

This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders, data governance, analytics teams, and data engineering. The Data Product Manager owns the roadmap, requirements, adoption, and measurable business outcomes for one or more enterprise data domains such as Customer (Party 360), Policy, Claims, Billing, Finance, Agency, or Pricing.

The successful candidate will ensure data products are trusted, discoverable, reusable, governed, and aligned with Mapfre's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.  Master's degree preferred.

5+ years of Data Product Management, Product Management, Business Analysis, Data Governance, Analytics, or Data Engineering experience.

Experience delivering enterprise‑scale data and analytics solutions.

Demonstrated success working with both business and technical teams.

Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Pay Philosophy

The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by several factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. Some roles at Mapfre are eligible for commission and/or bonus earnings, in addition to salary, calculated based upon factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.

Salary Range

$90,000 - $130,000
