Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Specialist to join our Regulatory Technology team supporting the Cash & Payments domain within a leading global bank.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GitHub Copilot, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Agentic AI, with experience in leveraging AI to accelerate software development, automate regulatory processes, and improve engineering productivity while ensuring compliance with enterprise governance and security standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven solutions to support regulatory initiatives within the Cash & Payments domain.
- Leverage GitHub Copilot and other enterprise AI capabilities to improve developer productivity, code quality, documentation, and software delivery.
- Build and integrate Agentic AI solutions using LLMs to automate complex business and technology workflows.
- Collaborate with business, compliance, technology, and operations teams to identify and deliver AI-enabled use cases.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using regulatory documentation, policies, and internal knowledge repositories.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, APIs, and development toolchains.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with enterprise security, model governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
- Promote AI adoption by defining best practices, providing technical guidance, and mentoring development teams on GitHub Copilot and responsible AI usage.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, intelligent automation, or engineering transformation within Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted software development.
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar enterprise models.
- Good understanding of Agentic AI concepts, AI orchestration, prompt engineering, and AI-enabled development workflows.
- Experience implementing RAG architectures and integrating enterprise knowledge sources.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience integrating REST APIs and cloud-native services.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software engineering practices.
Domain Expertise
- Good understanding of Banking, Cash Management, and Payments.
- Experience working on Regulatory Technology (RegTech), compliance, or risk transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of payment standards such as SWIFT, ISO 20022, or real-time payment ecosystems will be an advantage.
