Location - Chennai
Role Description
Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Lead Business Analyst .
Strong understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle .
Experience collaborating closely with UX/Experience Design teams .
Hands-on experience with Agile (SAFe framework preferred) .
Strong knowledge of:
Product backlog management and prioritization
Design creation and review process
PI Planning sessions
Banking domain experience of 2–3 years is preferred, ideally in:
Commercial Banking
Corporate Banking
Business Banking
SME Banking
Domain knowledge in KYC, AML, Customer Onboarding, or Trade Finance is an added advantage.
Exposure to Product Launch, Go-to-Market (GTM), and Product Adoption is good to have.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
