Join us as a Product Specialist - Payments (GTB), where you will be a payments product expert to sit within the Financial Crime Advisory team and provide specialist advice on wire transfer and payment products. The role will act as the advisory bridge between Payments Product, Coverage, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Financial Crime teams, ensuring that payment products, change initiatives and client propositions are designed, assessed, and delivered with appropriate consideration of financial crime, sanctions, regulatory, operational, and reputational risk. The successful candidate will bring deep knowledge of domestic and cross-border payments, SWIFT, ISO 20022, correspondent banking, payment transparency, and emerging payment risks, and will be able to provide practical, risk-based advice that supports safe growth, effective governance, and strong client outcomes. This role is suited to an experienced payments product expert who wants to operate within a Financial Crime Advisory team, using deep product knowledge to advise, challenge and support the business on wire transfer and payment products. The successful candidate will combine technical payments expertise with strong financial crime judgement and the ability to provide practical, proportionate, and commercially aware advice across product governance, change, and risk management activity.
