An overview
Bain’s Associate Consultant Trainee (ACT) program is the only internship program offered from Seoul office. We run this program three times a year for those who wish to accumulate work experience to build a consulting career, reach a wide range of industries, enrich various industry knowledge, and gain a lot of chance for challenges. During the internship, ACTs are staffed in actual cases for a few months and work as an actual member of the project. Through this fascinating experience, students will get the opportunity for a great learning experience and personal growth as a professional.
Key Responsibilities
Although we cannot disclose our clients’ names, suffice it to say, we are delivering true results in a variety of industries: consumer electronics, finance, transportation, healthcare, energy, and even non-profits organization. You will get a glimpse into what consulting is and how we influence our clients in these dynamic environments. Some of the consulting experience you will gain as an ACT include conducting research, participating in expert interviews, and analyzing data.
Qualifications
• Students pursuing any degree regardless of major and grade • A solid team player who is also an independent thinker • High sense of responsibility and professional ethics • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Must be deadline driven, organized and able to multi-task • Good communication skills • Being proactive and able to work under pressure • Must be legally eligible to work in Korea (F4 Visa or above for foreigners) • Should be available to work for min. of 3 months • Fluency in Korean
