About the job

The Business Management Manager supports BNP Paribas' management, ensuring the alignment of the scope with the strategic objectives set up, both locally and funtionally

Your Main Activities Are

• Oversee the Department in the delivery of complex projects and activities and ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines    
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, locally and globally and liaise with all related teams internally to create best practices across BNP Paribas
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with the various stakeholders, ensuring a collaborative mindset while achieving both the local and global objectives
• Serve as the primary liaison between the functional area and other departments / Stakeholders / Business Partners
• Support Team managers in monitoring team’s activities, ensuring quality of delivery aligned with clients’ expectations
• Provide coaching in team management, personal and professional development and define performance objectives
• Grow the team’s brand equity & reputation as a trusted and reliable asset to to support the BNP Paribas transformation objectives
• Facilitate collaboration among Team‑Managers to share best practices, avoid duplication, and leverage synergies, cultivating a continuous improvement mindset
• Promote an inclusive, high‑engagement culture across all teams

Profile and Skills to Success

• Master’s Degree in Information Technology and Computer Science
• At least 7 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations
• Fluency in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools, namely Excel and PowerPoint
• Decision making skills
• Ability to collaborate and to influence
• Ability to develop and leverage networks
• Ability to understand, explain and support change
• Ability to inspire others and generate people's commitment
