Position
Accounting Analyst III
Job Objective
Manage, administer, and control the accounting record of assigned economic transactions, ensuring timeliness and compliance with Local Regulations and Headquarters requirements.
Main functions
- Ensure compliance with all procedures that make up the accounting governance of the Management.
- Perform the monthly local closing (Colgaap), associated with the Core processes, defined with the different areas of the company according to the monthly schedule.
- Maintain and continuously clean up the assigned sensitive accounts, develop work and execution plans for the accounts that require it in order to maintain a status in line with the SLAs of each account.
- Prepare, analyze, and manage differences and monthly reconciliations for the signing of reconciliation forms of the areas in charge.
- Prepare IFRS adjustments as required according to the processes in charge.
- Prepare quarterly Financial Statements along with the explanatory Notes, according to the assignment.
Professional Profile
- Professionals in Public Accounting
- Postgraduate degree in International Accounting, International Standards, or related fields
- Knowledge and experience in accounting reporting to the Headquarters
- Knowledge and experience in local reporting – Submission of Reports to the Financial Superintendence
