Position Purpose

The IT OPS / MCP engineer purpose is to keep our middleware/cloud platform in optimal operation state. Be the first point of contact regarding incident and request regarding this scope. Having a close relationship with development teams. Be able to propose innovative and resilient architecture and platform to support ARVAL business growth. Install these platforms and install target applications onto it.

Being able to automate recurring activities to avoid human errors and subsequent incident is a key activity for us. We also need to ensure proactive platform monitoring and create needed alerting to fix incoming incident as soon as they occur.

Technical expertise, Teamwork, knowledge sharing, adaptability to multiple technologies, proactivity, automation knowledge are key qualities to achieve our mission.
