Requirements
At least 2-3 years of experience in similar role

Ability to work to deadlines
Accountability and client servicing mindset
Highly motivated and engaged
English on advanced level (C1)
German language will be an asset
Good PC literacy and command of MS Office
Responsibilities
Coordinating full setup and configuration of accounts and investment funds accross multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and operational readiness
Maintaining active communication with the client and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, providing updates, and resolving setup-related issues
Cooperating with operational teams to ensure dependencies, data points, and documentation are delivered on time for seamless implementation
Conducting detailed system validations and reconciliations to confirm correct setup prior to go-live, ensuring accountibility, process consistency, and transparent documentation through each event
Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining procedures for fund openings to ensure consistency, compliance, and smooth execution
Supporting fund closures and other lifecycle events, assisting in planning, execution, and system updated as required
