Private Capital Global Junior Business Analyst

As Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), we offer financial solutions for corporate and institutional clients in a number of locations globally. Our Securities Services business line is a multi-asset servicing specialist. We are an exciting, dynamic, and growing operations centre; therefore, we are looking for candidates who are willing to be a vital part of the expansion of BNP Paribas’ operational scope in Poland. Responsibilities:
Work with local teams to understand and challenge cross locations changes Understand & document the Private Capital business processes (from Investor registry to Regulatory Reporting, including Asset Ownership and Accounting) around changes. Work closely with IT, using Agile methodology Write End User Test cases and follow-up closely with each location to ensure quality & timing of a delivery. Maintain the different user guides & processes up to date Ensure adoption of the changes by the locations Set-up and/or update accounting schemes considering standards of each location. Accompany locations when they request assistance to use a functionality of systems. Identify opportunities for operational and control enhancements across the Private Capital business domain. Ensure to maintain appropriate communication and relationship with the various stakeholders. Ensure quality and delay of deliveries working closely with the Team Leader & Manager of the team.
Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Audit or Economics. Relevant experience in the fields of Private Capital fund administration or related business analysis Strong background in Private Equity and/or Real Estate industry, Accounting and Valuation. Experienced with eFrontInvest solutions. Fluent in English (Knowledge of French or German will be considered as an asset). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach. Able to work well both as an individual and part of a team. Ability to be engaged on simultaneous initiatives
