Senior HR Business Intelligence Analyst at BNP Paribas in Warsaw - driving workforce insights

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our HR team, responsible for transforming workforce data into actionable insights that drive strategic talent decisions. As a key partner to HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and senior leadership, you will deliver analytics that improve organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and workforce planning.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in an analytics role in a corporate environment, with HR Analytics experience a plus.
Excellent command of English (min. C1 level)
Proven experience working with complex data sets and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and PowerQuery.
Understanding of HR processes and systems, such as TETA HR, Oracle HCM, or similar.
Ability to interpret workforce data and connect insights to business and talent strategy.
Experience with predictive modeling or econometry, preferably in an HR context.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.
High level of discretion and integrity when working with sensitive HR data.
Curiosity and a proactive approach to identifying workforce insights, with the ability to balance analytical rigor with practical HR decision-making.
Proficiency in data analysis tools: Experience with additional data analysis tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Python, and SQL is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as headcount, attrition, and recruitment funnel.
Ensure data quality and accuracy and support other HR teams in improving data quality.
Conduct in-depth analyses on workforce trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
Translate HR business needs into analytical requirements and data models.
Support strategic workforce planning through scenario modeling and forecasting.
Partner with HR teams to define and monitor KPIs across the employee lifecycle.
Present insights to HR leadership and business stakeholders in a clear, actionable way.
Contribute to the development of a data-driven culture within HR.
